Notes Candidate must have at least 1 year prep cook culinary experience in a 4 star Hotel or Restaurant; preferably with culinary school certificate and food handling certification. Position requires basic knowledge of culinary skills such as knife skills, types of sauces, cooking methods, mis en place prep and sanitation requirements. F&B Utility assists with setting up buffet lines, transport and monitors parstock kitchen storeroom levels. Must be able to accurately follow recipes and expand/condense them as needed. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work various shifts including weekends and holidays. Candidate must have strong organization and communication skills to coordinate different meal periods. Candidate will have contact with guests and must be familiar with hotel services, features, local attractions & activities. Physical requirements: must be able to reach 5 feet, transport 50 pounds or more, remain stationary and endure various physical movements throughout the work areas including standing for extended periods throughout the work shift. Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
