| Notes | Candidate must have 4 years of experience in baking at a 4 star hotel or restaurant. Maintain Organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Food handling & culinary Certification from an accredited school. Candidate will be responsible for preparation, Baking and finishing of all breads, breakfast bakeries, cookies and other specified baked goods in accordance with hotel quality standards and specifications. Must be able to work all shifts including overnight, weekends & holidays. |
