Minimum of 3 years as a Assistant Pastry Cook in an upscale hotel or fine dining
restaurant required. Must be aware of sanitary measures with regard to food handling and
preparation. The ability to expand, condense, comprehend and follow recipes. Familiar with
French culinary terminology. Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. Must be able to transport 50 pounds, stand for entire shift and endure physical movements throughout the work areas. |
