Candidate must possess 3 years experience as a cook in a fine dining restaurant or 4 – 5 star hotels preferably with culinary school certificate and food handling certification. Must be able to accurately follow recipes and expand/condense them as needed. Candidate must have strong organization and communication skills to coordinate different meal periods. Candidate will have contact with guests and must be familiar with hotel services, features, local attractions & activities. Physical requirements: must be able to reach 5 feet, transport 50 pounds or more, remain stationary and endure various physical movements throughout the work areas including standing for extended periods throughout the work shift. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work mostly overnight shifts including weekends and holidays. |
