Rates effective from December 26, 2007 through December 25, 2008 (in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.)
Check In/Check Out Time. Check in time is 3:00p.m. Check out time is 12 noon. For those guests whose rooms are not available upon arrival, the Hospitality Suite is available for your convenience and comfort.
Hawaii State Taxes. All rates are subject to 7.25% occupancy tax and 4.712% excise tax (total 11.962%) subject to change without notice.
Room Deposit/Cancellation. To guarantee reservations, a credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking the reservation. Cancellations received within 72 hours or non-arriving guests will be assessed a one-night's room charge with applicable taxes.
Suite Deposit/Cancellation. A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking and will be assessed one-night's room charge with applicable tax 30 days prior to arrival. Full non-refundable prepayment of room rate and applicable tax is subsequently required 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be assessed a one-night's room charge. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival are subject to full cancel charge of room rate and applicable tax.
Vera Wang Suite. Royal Suite & Executive Luxury Suite Deposit/Cancellation. To guarantee reservations, a one night's deposit, non-refundable, is required at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full non-refundable pre-payment will be required.
Third Person. Maximum of three persons to a room; third person (18 years and older) is an additional $125 per night. No additional charge for one child 17 years-old and under, utilizing existing bedding. Should an extra bed be required, $40 will be assessed per night (rooms are limited to one additional bedding).
Christmas/NewYear. Special policies will apply from December 23, 2008 through January 1, 2009. Please inquire directly with our Reservations Office .
