Minimum of one year Banquet Captain experience in a four-or five-diamond property required. Must have strong working knowledge of banquet setup, service and equipment, along with experience in managing upscale functions for up to 300 guests. Must have proven ability to organize, supervise and effectively communicate with staff and guests. Professional attitude, service/people-oriented skills required. Strong math, writing and computer skills required. Server/Alcohol Awareness Training, First Aid/CPR certification, and bilingual English/Japanese language skills helpful. Must be available to work flexible days & hours including weekends & Holidays. |
