| Notes | Our premier 5 star French style restaurant is seeking a candidate with at least three years’ experience in a fine dining atmosphere with proper food & wine service skills required. French style table service experience and very good wine knowledge is highly preferred. The ability to confidently pair wine and food and discuss wines from all over the world is highly preferred. Must be able to work in unison with other team members in close proximity. Physical environment requires working in multi-level restaurant with the ability to lift approximately 40 pound silver domes & trays |
