| Notes | This position will be responsible for soliciting business from assigned markets to reach target goals in room nights, revenue and RevPar. Responsible market segments include wholesale, retail, coporate and consortia. Responsible region is primarily west coast to include and not limited to California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Montana, Idaho, Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada. Must be able to develop a result driven action plan that provides the foundation to reach targeted objectives and provide updated reports and analysis that are not limited to pre-trip report, daily sales trip itinerary, post-trip report, expenses & month-end reports. Must maintain client database that is shared with all sales managers, evaluate existing promotional programs and assists in developing new ones as deemed appropriate for the targeted market segment. Minimum two (2) years managerial & supervisory skills with a minimum of three (3) years hotel experience highly preferred. Must have a clean 5 year traffic abstract. Must have ability to lift/transport up to 50 pounds, ability to travel distances, via automobile, train or aircraft, requires physical exersion to include but not limited to sit, stand, walk, frequent head/neck/finger and elbow flexion for up to 8 hrs throughout the work shift. Must be able to work remotely based on the west coast. |
