As part of Hawaii Lodging & Tourism Association’s annual themed VISITOR INDUSTRY CHARITY WALK called “Put Your Best Slippah Forward,” Halekulani presents “Chefs & Slippahs.”

Featuring the culinary talents of celebrity chefs Alan Wong of Alan Wong’s Restaurant, Roy Yamaguchi of Roy’s Restaurants, Hiroshi Fukui of Hiroshi Eurasion Tapas, Joel Capinpin of Nobu Waikiki, and Vikram Garg of Halekulani, the “Chefs & Slippahs” event also features a silent auction for attendees to bid on exclusive Halekulani experiences.

In support of the theme, logo slippers from Halekulani Boutique will be sold at the event, with all proceeds donated to the cause. VISITOR INDUSTRY CHARITY WALK is a statewide event that occurs on Oahu, Hawaii Island, Kauai, Lanai, Maui and Molokai in May.

It has raised over $24.7 million and helped hundreds of local charities throughout the state since its inception in 1978. Attire: cocktail attire with your best slippers! Prize awarded for the ‘Best Slippah.’
