Halekulani is proud to offer ADA-Compliant accommodations at its 453 room resort “On the Beach at Waikiki.”
To accommodate our ADA guests we have complimentary valet parking, wheelchairs in the porter’s office, and wheelchair accessible ramps throughout the hotel. For those self-parking, we have 4 Handicap parking stalls in our parking garage across the hotel, conveniently accessible by elevator. The parking lot is well paved and maintained.
The main entrance to the hotel is ADA accessible. It is a wide open, door-less port cochere that leads from the valet area to the front desk and concierge.
Our concierge desk is located across from the front desk to assist the guest with inquiries. The pool level entrance is also ADA accessible. We have three guest elevators that are all ADA accessible.
The meeting rooms, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, hospitality center and all stores on property are wheelchair accessible. Our restaurants on property – La Mer, Orchids, and House Without a Key-are wheelchair accessible.
We have 22 ADA compliant guestrooms. The rooms are outfitted with a combination of the following: roll-in showers, and strobe light alarms for the hearing impaired.
