Halekulani will temporarily close in response to the Coronavirus

COVID-19 Travel Update

As always, the safety and wellbeing of our guests and Halekulani community is our utmost priority. As you may know, the Governor of Hawaii and Mayor of Honolulu have mandated a 14-day self-quarantine for all visitors to the state as well as shelter in place for all individuals in the city of Honolulu effective at 4:30PM on Monday, March 23rd.

It is with a heavy heart that the Halekulani Corporation, out of an abundance of caution, has made the decision to temporarily close Halekulani from March 26th to April 30th. Our decision to close temporarily was made solely based upon safeguarding our guests, our staff and our community from COVID-19, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause.

Should you have any questions or need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Reservations team at 1-800-367-2343 or [email protected] who is committed to doing everything possible to help with your future travel.  We very much look forward to welcoming you to our “House Befitting Heaven” in the near future to make memories that will last a lifetime.
