Halekulani temporarily closed in response to the Coronavirus

COVID-19 Travel Update

Out of an abundance of caution and after a great deal of consideration, we have decided that it would be best for the health and wellbeing of our guests, our staff and our community to extend the closure of Halekulani beyond April 30, 2020. Given the continuing uncertainties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot yet appropriately determine when will be best for us to reopen Halekulani. We will let you know as soon as we decide when Halekulani will reopen.

In the meantime, should you have any questions, please contact our Reservations team [(800) 367-2343 or [email protected]] who is available 24/7 to support with your upcoming trip. We sincerely appreciate your patience and look forward to welcoming you to our “House Befitting Heaven” in the near future.

In order to allow you to book your upcoming visit to Halekulani with confidence and flexibility, we have temporarily changed our Reservation Cancellation Policy.

New Reservations for stay dates up to and including December 18, 2021 that are booked before September 30, 2020 will be subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. All rate plans, including those sold as “Advance Purchase” are eligible. This temporary policy applies to standard room bookings and DOES NOT include suites or bookings during 2020 Festive/Year-End (any stay dates partially or fully falling on or thru 12/19/20 – 01/02/21 inclusive).

Existing Reservations with stay dates up until December 18, 2021 (inclusive) are also subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. This applies to all rate plans with the exception of “Advance Purchase” and suite bookings.

Should you wish to make a modification to an existing reservation, please call us 800-367-2343 and we will be happy to assist you.
