Cattleya Wine Bar

Cattleya Wine Bar features global wines by the glass and bottle paired with Mediterranean-influenced tapas style dishes created by Executive Chef, Christian Testa. Centrally located within the award-winning Orchids restaurant, guests are able to enjoy the views overlooking the Pacific Ocean from the magnificent EarPod Wood Tree communal table.

Born and raised in Genova, Italy, Christian Testa, Executive Chef, is bringing the region’s traditional cuisine into the 21st century.

His extensive training has been gained from previous experiences at acclaimed hotel kitchens internationally such as the Splendido Hotel in Portofino and La Coquille in Bermuda.

“My inspiration comes from cooking with my grandmother as a child…” with pastas handmade from scratch daily and an innovative Mediterranean, clean, and healthy inspired menu.
