Born and raised in Genova, Italy, Christian Testa, Executive Chef, is bringing the region’s traditional cuisine into the 21st century.
His extensive training has been gained from previous experiences at acclaimed hotel kitchens internationally such as the Splendido Hotel in Portofino and La Coquille in Bermuda.
