Carole André

 

Carole André, born in 1978 in Languedoc, has been a pivotal figure in the wine industry. With a degree in Food Industry Science and Technology Engineering from the University of Montpellier, she has held significant roles in quality management. Since 2011, Carole has been with Château Cheval Blanc, where she became Cellar Master in 2018. She oversees the cellar team across three estates, implementing protocols and control plans to enhance the precision and quality of the wines.
