The unassuming, but extremely talented pastry team works behind the scenes to create signature breads, pastries, and desserts for all of Halekulani’s restaurants including La Mer, Orchids, House Without A Key, Veranda, Lewers Lounge, as well as Halekulani Bakery located at Halepuna Waikiki.
