Chef Shaden Sato, our Banquet and Events Chef oversees all aspects the Banquet Department’s cuisine. Sato has created special menus for events at the hotel including the Hawaii Food & Wine Festival’s Gala dinner. Active in the community, Sato serves on the Leeward Community College Culinary Arts Program Advisory board and mentors culinary students.
