Reservations require a minimum stay of three nights. If the reservation stay is shortened, the room rate will revert to the current day’s best available rate, and the resort credit will be forfeited. Applicable in the following categories only: Ocean View, Oceanfront, Diamond Head Oceanfront, and Diamond Head Oceanfront Prime. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. An additional charge applies for a third guest aged 18 years and older. All rates are subject to the prevailing Hawaii State General Excise Tax (4.712%), Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax (10.25%), and Oahu Transient Accommodations Tax (3%), totaling a combined rate of 17.962%. *Please note, beginning January 1, 2026, the Hawaii State Accommodation Tax will increase from 10.25% to 11.00%.
