At Halekulani, our Concierges are the epitome of commitment to our guest’s service. We are proud to have the highest number of Les Clefs d’Or certified Concierges in Honolulu. Members of this renowned and exclusive International Association of Hotel Concierges, proudly display the symbol of Les Clefs d’Or, or the golden keys, on their lapels.

Frank Hernandez

Originally from California, Frank moved to Honolulu in 2002, to work at Halekulani. Not only is Frank a member, he is on the Board of Directors for Les Clefs d’Or USA as the Director of Membership and a member of the Concierge Association of Hawaii.  Frank has fallen in love with our city, our island and our state, and takes advantage of our spectacular weather to get out and enjoy Oahu’s diversity every chance he gets.

Vanessa Greene

Vanessa brings her love of good food and cooking to her work at Halekulani. A Concierge since 2013, she is also the current President of The Concierge Association of Hawaii.  She is always looking to explore a new restaurant or café, and shares these new discoveries with our guests.

Erena Takekawa

Erena Takekawa is a native of Oahu and has been with Halekulani since 1987. One of our long-serving Concierges, Erena is also a proud member of Les Clefs d’Or as well as a member of the Concierge Association of Hawaii.
