This holiday season, Halekulani invites guests to experience The Art of Wonder, an exclusive holiday chocolate atelier and retail pop-up created by Pastry Chef Michelle Baldomero of Halekulani and Halepuna Waikīkī.

Set within the intimate Halekulani Gallery, the seasonal pop-up celebrates chocolate as a medium for creativity, discovery, and indulgence. Inspired by the traditions of haute pâtisserie, the collection features handcrafted confections created exclusively for the season.

Guests will discover an elegant assortment of artisanal delights, including delicate macarons, handcrafted bonbons, chocolate dragées, traditional mendiants (French Chocolate Disks), and buttery sablés. Thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented, each creation reflects Chef Michelle’s refined approach to flavor, technique, and presentation.

For nearly two decades, Chef Michelle has helped shape Halekulani’s celebrated pastry program, bringing imagination and precision to the resort’s desserts, breads, confections, and handcrafted chocolates. Through this seasonal collection, she invites guests to experience the joy and wonder of the holidays through her distinctive culinary vision.

Enhancing the experience, Halekulani proudly collaborates with Krug Champagne, bringing together two expressions of excellence: the artistry of fine chocolate and the distinguished character of one of Champagne’s most celebrated houses.
