Visit Iolani Palace

Built in 1822. Iolani Palace was and continues to be the only official royal residence in the United States. This Renaissance-style mansion was once the official residence of Hawaii’s last reigning monarchs, King Kalakaua and Queen Lilíuokalani. Painstakingly restored, the Palace today is a monument to the Hawaiian monarchy’s grandeur.
