Experience the art of mindful movement amidst the peaceful surroundings of Halekulani’s Garden Courtyard. Led by Martial Arts Master Ray Carbullido, Walking Meditation introduces guests to embodied techniques that cultivate awareness, balance, and centeredness through slow, deliberate movement.

Drawing upon principles of mindful practice and martial arts, the experience explores posture, grounding, breath, and intentional foot placement. Guests begin with simple standing exercises designed to establish stability before progressing to slow walking practices that encourage greater awareness of the present moment.

Suitable for all experience levels, Walking Meditation offers a gentle opportunity to quiet the mind while developing a deeper sense of physical presence. The serene garden setting enhances the experience, inviting guests to reconnect with themselves and the natural beauty surrounding Halekulani.

Attire: Comfortable clothing is recommended. Barefoot participation is encouraged where comfortable and appropriate.
