Rooted in the spirit of gathering, Ahaʻaina Plantation Pāʻina draws inspiration from Hawaiʻi’s plantation era, a time when communities from across the Pacific and beyond brought with them their customs, stories, and flavors, many of which continue to define the islands today. Through interactive stations, chef-driven preparations, and evolving menus, guests are invited on a culinary journey reflecting the diverse cultural foundations of Hawaiʻi.
