Hawaii Food & Wine Festival 2026: Honolulu

The Hawaii Food & Wine Festival is the premier culinary destination event in the Pacific and the largest food festival in Hawaii showcasing our islands’ rich agricultural diversity and homegrown culinary talent through world-class dining experiences.  Co-founded by two of Hawaii’s own James Beard Award-winning chefs Roy Yamaguchi and Alan Wong, the event brings together more than 150 internationally renowned master chefs, sommeliers, and mixologists in approximately 20 events.  The 16th Annual Hawaii Food & Wine Festival will conclude on a high note with BTS: Beyond the Seoul – Gala Dinner at Halekulani.

Rooted in centuries-old traditions of fermentation, seasonality, and balance, each course reflects the philosophies that have shaped Korean cuisine, while showcasing the innovation that has propelled it onto the world stage.
