Visiting Master Workshop: A Gateway to Your Internal Universe

Led by martial arts master and artist Ray Carbullido, this workshop introduces the foundational skills that underlie all internal practices. These principles extend beyond stillness or contemplation, forming the basis for martial arts, healing, vitality, and personal peace.

Through a primarily seated practice, participants are guided to observe without judgment, beginning with vision as an entry point. By learning how to position attention to different parts of the body, it creates an environment that allows the deeper parts of one’s being to do what they need for well-being, while revealing insight into one’s current state and what is at play within it.

This workshop offers a practical gateway into internal cultivation, developing skills that support clarity, stability, and deeper understanding across all areas of life.

What to expect:

• Primarily seated practice using meditation cushions

• Two simple seated postures

• Observational, non-visualization based approach

• Quiet, focused environment

Attire: Comfortable clothing suitable for seated practice.
