Spring Reset

It seems as if 2023 is zooming by.  We are already three months into the new year and for many, new year’s resolutions have already been broken or not given a second thought.  This is the perfect time for a “reset” to your body, mind, and soul, which is extremely important for everyone.

 

Things that we can do to “reset” would be as follows:

  1. Eat Healthy
  2. Exercise and get moving
  3. Take in nature
  4. Self-care
  5. Get more sleep
  6. Immerse yourself in something new

 

The above actions (NOURISH, MOVE, EXPLORE, RENEW, REST, and DISCOVER) are the six key pillars in our new wellness concept, The Art of Wellbeing, which is designed to tap into emotions that are necessary for wellbeing.

 

Each month, we feature a 60-minute discussion, led by one of our resident experts, to empower the participant to achieve optimal health and overall wellbeing.  The March topic is aptly titled “Spring Reset” where you will learn how to lighten your load and release what no longer serves you, to make space for a new season of offerings.  This will take place on Saturday, March 11th at 11:00 am in the Veranda.
